HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Thank you for choosing Joan Fernandez LLC for your holiday purchase. Our goal is to provide high-quality items and a smooth shopping experience.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are considered final.

1. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES

Final Sale: All purchases made through our online store are considered FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, offer monetary refunds, or allow exchanges for any reason, including buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing (if dimensions were provided), or refusal of delivery.

Store Credit: We do not offer store credit in place of refunds.

2. EXCEPTION: DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
The only exception to our Final Sale policy is for items that arrive damaged or are incorrect due to an error on our part.

Claim Window: If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, you must contact us using our online form within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date.

Process: Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review the claim and, if approved, we will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund at our discretion. We will cover the cost of all shipping for valid defective claims.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (RISK OF LOSS)

Shipment Responsibility: Once a tracking number shows that an order has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address, Joan Fernandez LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. The risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon tender of the goods to the carrier (USPS).

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
